Dark circles can take so much out of our looks. They can make us appear so tired, old, stressed, weak, ill and also unattractive. Concealers and other cosmetic products help, but only to a certain extent. So what can you do to get rid of those horrible dark patches that make you look older than your age?!

Diet for Under Eye Circles:
These diet tips will not zap your under eye circles overnight, nor by consuming only foods you will do any good to your skin and health. These are only pointers that may remind you the things you lack in your diet. A balanced diet is what we all need for a healthy body and skin.

Avoid Excessive Salt:
Salt contains Iodine, intake of too much iodine may be linked to under eye problems for some people. It can contribute to water retention which can lead to under eye circles. Regular consumption of cucumbers, watermelons, and celery prevents water retention problems and hence becoming very helpful on treating under-eye circles.

Include Fiber in your Diet:
You can have fiber in form of cereal, grains, beans, and lentils help to eliminate body toxins. Accumulation of toxins is one of the main causes of various skin problems.

Increase your intake of Iron-Rich Foods:
Vegetarians can go for lots of spinach, prunes, lentils, seeds, oatmeal, and brown rice. While others can  include egg yolks, lean beef, and chicken in their diet.

You have to try and drink at least 8 glasses of water to hydrate and moisturize your skin. Water helps to flush out toxins from our bodies.

Eating foods that are rich in folic acid or taking Vitamin B and fish oil supplements is a very good idea. If at all you're unable to meet your daily nutritional requirements, its good to take some vitamins daily.
Consume foods Containing Antioxidant Pigments:
Cranberries, Blueberries, Black Currant, Onions, Legumes, and Parsley help to remove under-eye circles.
Always remember to apply sunscreen lotion before going out in the sun,
Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from UV rays.
Try and use creams or moisturisers that contain Vitamin C and E, they help reduce dark circles

Nawapongeza kwa kukubali kuwa wenyeji wa Sherehe za Kuadhimisha Miaka 36 ya Kuzaliwa kwa Chama cha Mapinduzi. Lakini pongezi kubwa kwa kuandaa sherehe hii kwa mafanikio makubwa. Utaratibu mpya wa Katibu Mkuu na Wajumbe wa Sekretariet kutembelea matawi, kuzungumza na wanachama na wananchi ni wa aina yake. Ni mzuri na unafaa kuigwa.
Ni jambo la faraja na kujivunia kwamba tunasherehekea Chama chetu kufikisha umri wa miaka 36 wakati kikiwa imara na nguvu za kutosha za kupambana na kushinda katika mfumo wa vyama vingi uliodumu kwa miongo miwili. Pia kwamba, nchi yetu na watu wake bado ni wamoja, na kuna amani na utulivu licha ya kuwepo kwa changamoto ndogo na kubwa zinazotishia umoja na mshikamano wetu. Ni jambo la kufurahisha na kutia moyo kwamba tunasherehekea miaka 36 ya Uhai wa CCM wakati nchi ya Tanzania ikiendelea kupiga hatua kwa kasi katika kujiletea maendeleo. Tena maendeleo yaliyo dhahiri na yanayoonekana na wote isipokuwa, labda, wale ambao hutembea wakiwa wamefumba macho.
