R.I.P Dr Maya Angelou

Yesterday, it was reported that Dr Maya Angelou who had repeatedly health problems has died at the age of 86yrs.  The City's Mayor, Allen Joines and her publicist both confirmed that Dr Angelou was found by her caretaker early morning hours yesterday.

The Phenomenal Woman was born Marguerite Annie Johnson on April 4, 1928. As for how she came to Maya angelou: Her older brother Bailey gave her the nickname Maya. She adopted the last name of Angelou during the early 1950s when she began performing as a dancer and singer. The name was a variation on her first husband's, Tosh Angelos' surname.

Oprah released this statement on her Instagram:

I've been blessed to have Maya Angelou as my mentor, mother/sister, and friend since my 20's. She was there for me always, guiding me through some of the most important years of my life. The world knows her as a poet but at the heart of her, she was a teacher. 'When you learn, teach. When you u get, give' is one of my best lessons from her. She won three Grammys, spoke six languages and was the second poet in history to recite a poem at a presidential inauguration. But what stands out to me most about Maya Angelou is not what she has done or written or spoken, it's how she lived her life. She moved through the world with unshakeable calm, confidence and fierce grace. I loved her and I know she loved me. I will profoundly miss her. She will always be the rainbow in my clouds.

So while I was browsing, I found this topic on theybf.com. Jay Z and Solange have been spotted going jewellery shopping together. What is really going on between these people?! 

 Now the speculation is that Solange has drinking issues... 

On this photo, Jay Z put on a fake smile, while Solange kept on the fierce look. She still looks upset about heir row. Back to what I said yesterday, these people are going through normal issues just like any normal people (non-celebrities). But being Celebrities, at times it's hard for them to hide their personal life from the rest of the world because we are all out here watching their every single move.

Beyonce & Jay Z....

There's lots of speculations going on about the incident that happened a few days a go between Jay Z and Beyonce's younger sister Solange. It really shocks me to see people making this a big deal as if these guys are meant to be living a perfect life. Beyonce and Jay Z are a couple just like any other couple. Couples do have misunderstandings. At the end of the day, we're all not perfect. It's become a big deal because these guys are celebrities.

I just read it on someones Instagram speculating that the reason why Solange attacked Jay Z is because Jay Z had a misunderstanding with Beyonce and he slapped her, and Solange couldn't take that, so she ended up attacking the brother in law.

Following the attack, Beyonce and Jay Z went to watch a basketball game, both looking really happy together.
